1 When is the trip to India?

This retreat to India will take place from 10th to 17th of November 2018

2 Where is Jaipur?

Jaipur is a city in Rajasthan in Northern India. You can find more information on Jaipur here. Jaipur is known as the pink city and have an incredible amount of royal culture and heritage. It is home to 2 UNESCO world heritage sites.

3 Can we go to the Taj Mahal?

If you wish to extend your stay to a visit to the Taj Mahal, we can provide you recommendation on where to stay and how to travel there. Agra is only 4 hours by road from Jaipur so if you want to make a quick road trip after the retreat, let us know and we can work out costing etc

4 What does the cost of the trip cover?

This cost covers all lodging, meals (except alcohol), transportation, excursions and all activities for the duration of the retreat.

5 What does the cost of the trip not cover?

The trip cost does not cover your travel to and from your home country to Jaipur, India. It also does not cover any alcohol during meals, personal shopping and other incidentals like pre-paid calling cards, visa application fees etc.

6 Is there a discount for additional family members?

At this time, we currently are unable to offer additional discounts. If you want to travel with family, please let us know so that we can make appropriate sleeping arrangements.

7 What kind of accommodations are provided?

Our retreat will be in a beautiful homestay with a lot of royal history and memorabilia. The rooms are all double occupancy. The rooms are all equipped with all the necessary amenities and have a larger-than-normal queen size bed. We will pair same gender individuals in the same room as roommates unless you are traveling as a family.

8 I have dietary restrictions – can I still come?

Absolutely! Please let us know what restrictions you have and we will do our best to accommodate you.

9 What is the weather like?

10 What language is spoken in Jaipur?

Much of Northern India speaks Hindi. Jaipur is a big city with a lot of foreign tourists at any given time. Most of the locals have basic knowledge of English. When we travel to the interior villages in Rajasthan, English might be a little bit more rare.

11 What if I change my mind or want to cancel?

12 What insurance do I need? Why?

We highly recommend and require medical evacuation insurance as well as travel insurance before we can confirm your seat on the trip. This is just to give you and us peace of mind for any eventuality. It is better to be safe than sorry!

Our ideal guest is someone who really appreciates all the cultural diversity that traveling abroad can bring and wants to embrace that in their lives and in their business.

14 Are kids welcome on this trip?

India is a wonderful experience for kids of all ages. However this retreat is specifically targeting for business owners who want to take their business to the next level. Most of the activities and excursions are geared towards that goal. If you want and need to bring your family to this retreat, please reach out to us and lets figure out how best we can accommodate little explorers.

15 Do I need to know yoga or meditation to participate in this trip?

No. Our yoga and meditation expert, Kadambari, has worked with people at all different levels and assures us that the only thing needed is an open mind willing to learn.

16 I cannot eat spicy Indian food – will I find anything to eat on this trip?

Absolutely! The chefs at the homestay, have worked with many different groups of guests in the past. They can cater the daily meals to suit any pallet. Rest assured you will be well-fed in India!

17 Do I need a visa to travel to India?

Yes, India is one of the countries that requires a visa to visit if you are not an Indian citizen or an OCI card holder (Overseas Indian Citizen). Please visit this site to check on all the visa requirements and details.

18 I am not a 100% sure if this is the trip for me!

We completely understand. India is a long way away from home for most people. But this beautiful land is full of some of the most amazing life enriching experiences.
